Maryland Gov. Wes Moore (D) told CNN on Tuesday that he’s willing to partner with President-elect Donald Trump to strengthen his state. (Watch the video below.)
Host Jake Tapper asked Moore if he planned to adopt a somewhat collaborative approach like Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.), or take a more adversarial stance like California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D).
“I’m not the leader of the resistance. I’m the governor of Maryland,” Moore replied. “My job is to make sure that the six and a half million people who call the state of Maryland home are going to be supported, protected, that their freedoms and their rights are going to be honored, and also their hopes and their dreams and their aspirations are going to be invested in and supported.”
“I have been very clear that I will work with anybody who wants to be a good partner inside the work to make sure that Maryland is supported,” he added.
POSER
Wes Moore is a tax and spend Communist he’s been a disaster for Marylanders
Marxism will be lulled back to the underbelly but its still there festering.
It’s CNN DONT TRUST EM
Let’s make sure that Moore and his cronies like Jake Day don’t get elected again for any office. Please find strong, honest candidates and stop trying to recycle candidates that the public doesn’t like…ie: Larry Hogan.
Worst governor we have had in quite a while – and he is working on becoming the worst ever!
Spend Moore needs to be a one-term governor!
Absolute horrible governor we have right now, spend Moore is what he’s referred to, even when we don’t have it to spend. He’s got to be related to California’s governor and Pelosi, Shiff, Biden, etc.
