On January 22, 2025 The Wicomico County Alcohol Task Force conducted a routine compliance check of establishments licensed to sell alcohol in Wicomico County. The Task Force is comprised of the Wicomico County Liquor License Department, the Maryland State Police, Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office, and Salisbury Police Department.
Of the 23 licensed establishments checked, the following 22 passed:

The Board of License Commissioners may order the following establishments to appear before the Board for a hearing on an alleged sale of an alcoholic beverage to a person under 21 years of age. The clerk who allegedly sold the alcohol will be charged by Officers of the Task Force.

Alcohol, Alcohol, Alcohol, That is all you here about in this County. Alcohol has split the county council and the executive office apart. Greedy Beer and Wine sales near the college cannot get rich enough off mommy and daddys credit card just for that he had to have liquor too. Another white elephant in the room was how many thousands of dollars the Civic Center was going to make off alcohol which has been a complete failure which taxpayers wished it was not then Miller and his “tribe” would not be begging the council for almost 3 million dollars for the new lipstick on the pig! Thanks Chief Gardener for all your hard work.
Lets promote Gardener to alcohol czar. I think this would be a better title for his important self.
