No need to find a qualified Human Resources director, because Cory is already there to do the executives bidding and crap on employees that aren’t the favorites. Try to get your underpaid coworker an extra .25 cents an hour or maybe go out on a limb for a $1 raise. Nope. Not happening. You see, even though you do a hard day’s work for the county, you had better be on the right side of the fence. Play the games, kiss the ring. Jump through whatever hoops they provide. Nope, needs an act of congress, unless Cory thinks you are her BFF. Then the heavens will open up for you and your needs.

And if she had that training she would know that hanging out at the nursing home antagonizing staff is not going to endear you to anyone.

One thing I can tell you is, this woman is hated by just about everyone in the County and has been paid way too much money with no education that qualifies her for the job. When and if ANYONE complains about my recent posts and my Wife so stressed out she was forced to retire, I’m the ONLY one standing up for employee rights with the truth. My Wife is (Unfortunately) one of the only ones can financially afford to walk away and share what’s really going on. Of course she is only a very small part of my sources in reference to this information.

she was doing background checks for wcdc as far back as 2005 so she is not new. she wasn’t popular then either. being employed so long, she’s probably scrubbed her pay and titles from the records.
She’s supporting so hard for Julie because Julie plays the mean girl game with her and Sandra. Every single week they’re running up to Julie’s office with some petty administrative employee matter, having meetings with Julie or having Julie call department heads as if the employee (being harassed) committed some capital offense. It’s seriously like F-Ing high school with the three of them. There’s also the other side car of dimentors – Heather, Jessica, and Adam that you have to watch out for as well.
