Labor bosses at the two largest teachers unions in the country spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on trips to golf resorts, casinos, and luxury hotels as they criticized the Trump administration for placing financial strain on teachers, financial disclosures from 2025 show.

On the issue of education in the Country on spending, and the effort to “end” the Department of Education by the Trump Administration.
What we see from with the Teachers Union, a very powerful “Special Interest” group for the Democrat party Nationally. Is their top leadership feels they are “entitled” to living large, while they continue to push to “water down” the Standards of education, while constantly demanding more money to fund it each and every year.
Look no further than the State of Maryland where that is happening to a “T”… Where over the past decade plus, the States education system has “lowered standards” but the education advocates along with the teachers union has pushed the State to create an education policy, the Kirwan Blueprint that is not sustainable, realistic, or affordable…
The Kirwan Blueprint is bankrupting the State, and has led to the States largest tax and fee increases in history. Even some Democrats in Maryland have admitted, that the Blueprint needs to be “adjusted”.
For 2026 Governor Moore has just made a commitment to “Record High” education spending for the State, despite the State being $1.5 Billion Dollars in the hole, meanwhile the results are questionable, if this money is “improving outcomes”…
As the debate goes into the 2026 election on this issue of education, Democrats and their education allies will always say “there is no price” for our childrens education, however is it really there is ‘no price” for teachers union bosses to have a “good time” with other peoples money?…
