WICOMICO PUBLIC LIBRARY TO ANNOUNCE MAJOR CAPITAL CAMPAIGN GIFT FROM PERDUE FAMILY & FOUNDATION

Wicomico Public Library will host a special event to announce a significant new contribution from the Perdue Family and the Franklin P. and Arthur W. Perdue Foundation to the Friends Foundation of Wicomico Public Library capital campaign.

This gift represents a major milestone in the development of the new Paul S. Sarbanes Library on Schumaker Pond and is a critical step toward realizing the vision for the new facility. Key officials and representatives from the Library, the Perdue family, and the County will offer remarks.
