NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Council of Wicomico County, Maryland will hear public comments on proposed State legislation for property protection during evictions in Wicomico County at their regular meeting in the County Council Chambers, Government Office Building in Salisbury, Maryland, on:
TUESDAY, JANUARY 4, 2022
Commencing at 6:00 p.m.
The proposed legislation allows the owner of the property or their representative to secure the premises and the property that is still remaining within the unit. Under current law, personal property is discarded in the front yard, sidewalk, or another area adjacent to the street.
The Wicomico County Council requests that all interested persons appear at said time and place for the purpose of expressing their views and opinions concerning the matter.

Psota is worthless too. He did not come down and introduce himself to the county until Ernie and Julie decided to run then he is walking thru the Christmas parade waving with his buddy WICO MIKO! Give him the boot he deserves in 2022.

Acting Wicomico County Executive tests positive for COVID-19

WICOMICO COUNTY, Md. – Acting County Executive John Psota announced Monday afternoon that he has tested positive for COVID-19. Psota got tested after experiencing minor symptoms. County officials say Psota is fully vaccinated and is following CDC guidelines as he recovers.
In his announcement, Psota said “I urge you to get vaccinated and boosted if you have not already done so. I also encourage you to wear masks in indoor gatherings with family or in public venues.”
The most recent COVID-19 statistics per the Wicomico County Health Department show that the county has a positivity rate of 8.43%, 11,822 confirmed cases, and 236 confirmed deaths.

There has been a lot of discussion about RINO Cannon changing his Party affiliation. I heard from a reliable source that he has switched to “Independent” and that is perfectly fine with us Conservatives. John Cannon will never get elected to any office as a Republican again. He might as well switch back to the Democrat Party like his family and his friends Bill Chambers, Mike Dunn, Jake Day, Bill McCain, Josh Hastings and Ernie Davis. Cannon has been voting with the Democrats the entire time he has been on the county council. Buh Bye, Cannon. Enjoy your last year as an elected Republican. Maybe Jake Day will hire him to work for the City of Salisbury to run the Housing and Code Enforcement Department.
