A man has been detained after climbing a church bell tower and lighting the cross on fire in Los Angeles — wearing only boxer shorts and one sock.
The Los Angeles Police Department has not revealed the identity of the 25-year-old man who was captured on film lighting the fire at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on Wednesday evening.
A witness told KCBS-TV the man threw his clothes off the top of the church.

Why do we still cling to such symbols ? Crosses, Stars of David ,Buddhas, Shiva’s, Flags. Primitive Iconography and beliefs and Political Figures and Clergy that proffer us nothing but superstition and that we should PAY and believe in them to lead us to WHAT our graves. Church tithings are no different than Taxes and Trump bragged he doesn’t pay Taxes. Why should we ? Everyone bitches and moans about what happens with their collected taxes but they still pay them. It’s not going to be and Armed Revolution it will be an economic one and as long as you stand in Communist lines to Vote and keep paying your taxes nothing is going to change. You can believe in whatever but it does not change Reality. Religion and Democracy Depends upon compliant SHEEP.
