  1. All this money (trillions) for help. How about smoke detectors for all homes. THEN the responsibility for upkeep on the person in the home. Dont replace the battery, liability of the person. Anyone remember seat belts and the change that happened?

  2. No fines / citations issued. If that was me I would have to sell the property to pay the fines / citations.
