Scott and Ian are clowns who couldn’t run a tent circus. All they know how to do is sit in Scott’s office on their phones, or go hide somewhere for 6 hours a day while ignoring their county paid phones – leaving the employees wondering where they are all day most days. There was GPS on their county vehicles for a few months, but they disabled it ONLY ON THEIR 2 vehicles! Because they’re not anywhere they’re supposed to be and don’t want their movements tracked!
County Executive Davis, please remember to send the unqualified Steve Miller packing. Useless POS!!
