James Winn filed a Peace Order against Mike Goldberg, (obviously taken from the playbook of Julie Giordano and Heather Lankford) where he clearly LIED and was this close to perjuring himself in the court hearing today when he suddenly dropped the charges.
That scumbag knew he lied and for political reasons and thought it would be to his advantage until the evidence was clear he lied and as a proclaimed Christian who likes to recite Bible Verses he knew he’d go to HELL if he followed through with this lie.
Now I’ve produced the evidence and as I have experienced some 46 Peace Orders, (politically myself, all thrown out) brought forth by the suggestion/influence of former Salisbury Mayor Barrie Tilghman, James Winn was trying to play politics and got smashed in court today. Similar to nut case Heather Lankford who has a license to carry a gun permit, James Winn tried to play the same game, but he wouldn’t stand up like a man and try his case with a Judge.
James Winn has to be the biggest loser I have ever seen elected and the biggest A$$ kisser to Julie Giordano I have ever seen. James, this was a scumbag move and I’d even bet the obese blogger would even support you, being that the two of you kiss Julie’s A$$ every day.
VOTE JIM ADKINS FOR COUNTY COUNCIL and run the scumbag James Winn out of town.

Why does Julie and her band of babies always feel it’s necessary to bring lawsuits? If you cannot stand to be questioned and feel the need for peace orders at everything said or asked, you are not fit for your position. They use the law as a weapon.
Why is the person Julie had jailed a few years ago for stalking now actively working with her? Door knocking for her? Is she that desperate?
