An incredibly bloody and horrific crime occurred earlier this week in Texas that could have been avoided had authorities done their job.
As FOX 7 Austin reported, 62-year-old Andrew James Wimsatt, an accomplished civil engineer who published several notableworks, was seen in video footage obtained from a neighborhood HOA sitting on a park bench in Round Rock at roughly 10:55 a.m. on September 7.
Then his life ended a few minutes later.
The footage goes on to show a black male with a knife in his hand sneaking up behind Wimsatt. The black person proceeds to stab Wimsatt multiple times in the neck while wrapping his arm around him.
