Well, I put the boat in the drink for the last time this season. It wasn’t a productive fishing morning, but it was quite peaceful and pleasant. As usual, the grands are heading our way late this afternoon, so a small fire for s’mores this evening and another day on the sand tomorrow, followed by whatever culinary miracle my bride of 48 years whips up. Church Sunday and that coveted Sunday afternoon nap.
