The following regulatory proposals have been printed in the Maryland Register:

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is seeking comments on the proposed regulations. Comments provide the department with additional information and perspectives.

All comments must be received by 11:59 p.m. on July 27, 2026

  1. ah yes the regulatory state of idiots once again impinging on our freedoms! worthless pos! cut their budget and send them all packing!

  2. Does everyone know you have to make an appointment online to buy a fishing license from the DNR located at the MVA facility in Salisbury. When they refused to wait on me because I had no appointment, I said the Hell with a fishing license, I’ll fish without one like a free American.
