Well the Social Media “Bully’ from 2024 over question A, Patrick Adkins for 2026 decided to throw his hat in the arena for 2026 for Wicomico County Council District 2 in the Republican primary.
Up until now Mr. Adkins was running a “pretty quiet” campaign some social media posts, a a few signs put. Making little to no appearances, no door knocking, has about 300 dollars in his campaign account.
Seems to becoming to the realization” he’s about to lose big in the June Primary to James Winn, is now screaming about “group chats” he used to be a part of during Question A…
The rumor why Mr. Adkins is even running for Council he’s in a dispute with the County over a fix it shop he has on his property, that was reported to the County for not being in compliance with zoning codes. Mr Adkins in his defiance against the County decided to run for office over this issue when he was told he had make ” adjustments” for his this business on his property to be up to code..
This is all the signs of a ” campaign on the brink” so Mr. Adkins is resorting to “stone throwing” and “mud slinging” we hope this shows the Republican voters of Wicomico County in District 2 why Mr. James Winn, should be reelected to a 2nd term this June!…
Sadly, James Winn is endorsed by “Queen” Julie, which says enough about him. Having seen both in action, we want neither…but Julie is a RCH better than a Democrat….

I have one question for you, Dan! What happened to the Queen having you arrested and giving you a restraining order at the GOB? Right after that you were anti-Julie and all up her butt again. Your posts that were against her and many of us agreed with you. But now you must be on her payroll again and you are showing allegiance to her and quite honestly it is disgusting! James Winn isnt running for a second term He was a at large council member. since the at large members are no longer he decided to run for district 2
Actually, Jeff Merrit and John Cannon were the ‘at large’ members of, Winn was the district 2 member.
Cannon has been there too long anyway and Merrit didn’t want to challenge Winn.
Patrick Adkins is the better choice !

Are we talking about the same Patrick Adkins who leaked the Lewis and biker chick video? He’s definitely losing it, plus he hasn’t done any real campaigning. Winn will take both primary and general elections.
Winn is a great voice for the Westside. He attends the town hall meetings and listens to concerns. Cedar Hill Park and the others are in terrible shape! Mr Pool did a outstanding job addressing the problems. The current person who took over really not so much. Seems just a lot of talk.
been to plenty of council meetings and to tell the truth, these folks all need to go! they suck! not looking out for the residents of this county, they are just there to line their pockets when the opportunity arises!
