This weekend’s full moon will trigger the annual May worm swarms and fish will take full advantage of the nutritious feast.

The season’s first spot are reported to be found off Sandy Point State Park and anglers are catching enough to do some live-lining for striped bass.

Surf anglers are enjoying good fishing off the beaches of Ocean City and Assateague Island.

  1. give me a break! md dnr regs are so pathetic. wtf am I supposed to do with one fish or one crab a day? meanwhile the commercial guys and the states around us rape the bay, but dont you dare let your child put a line in the water without paying the communists in annapolis!
