Americans have heard it before. Investigations that go nowhere. Referrals that collect dust. Big names floated, no charges filed. After years of what many view as blatant two-tiered justice — Russia hoax, impeachments, raids, indictments — the skepticism is more than earned.
So when Mike Davis, founder of the Article III Project, points to developments out of the Southern District of Florida, the instinct is to wait and see.
In a rollicking 17-minute hit on The JoeTalkShow, Davis cited specifics: a special federal grand jury seated in Fort Pierce, subpoenas actively going out, and U.S. Attorney Jason Reding Quiñones assembling a team now past 15 prosecutors. Veteran Russiagate litigator Joe diGenova has reportedly joined the effort. The names reportedly in focus — Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Blinken, Sullivan, Jack Smith — are the same figures critics have long argued orchestrated a coordinated assault on democratic norms.
Justice is coming for lawfare Democrats.
I’ve said it on over 5,000 media hits.
I know it’s slower than we’d like, but it’s coming.
A special grand jury is seated in Fort Pierce.
Subpoenas are going out.
Joe diGenova is on board.
Jason Reding Quiñones has 15 people on his team and growing.
Comey. Brennan. Clapper. Blinken. Sullivan. Jack Smith.
What these lawfare Democrats did was republic-ending, unacceptable, and inexcusable.
And they will be held accountable.
So this never happens again.
Thanks for having me, @JoeTalkShow.
Davis himself acknowledges the pace has frustrated people. He’s not promising imminent perp walks.
What he is pointing to is process: grand juries, subpoenas, staffing. Machinery that, if real, represents more than talk.
Whether it leads anywhere is still an open question. But for a political movement conditioned to disappointment, these are at least the right early signs. Watch what happens carefully, but don’t hold your breath.
Let’s go !!!
Time to quit talking about it and actually do something about it
Let’s see some severe prison terms.
