As many of you know I have personally been subjected to this man renting trailers to people on my property, he has also rented space on my property to park vehicles and guess what, now he has filed a lawsuit against me demanding to take over my land. The guy is just plain nuts but this time he has pushed the wrong buttons. I should add Johannes has filed lawsuits against the County Executive and County Staff.
The fines and violations on the Johannes property continues to skyrocket on a daily basis. It is a residential property of which he continues to add items not zoned for such a property, hence the images above. So now the County has to, (once again) file another citation and likely have to go to court AGAIN just to have another judge give him 30 days to remove the boat.
It just never ends with this guy. Anyhow now you know what’s going on in Parsonsburg.
