MSP Berlin Barrack troopers responded to Rt. 113 yesterday after passing motorists noticed a pickup truck parked on the shoulder of the road. While speaking with the driver, troopers became concerned about the man’s well being due to his unusual behavior. During the subsequent investigation, troopers discovered 4 handguns, along with suspected heroin and cocaine, in his possession. The individual was arrested and the suspected drugs and firearms were seized.
