Yesterday I had to fast overnight, no food or drinks as I was having blood taken in the morning. Once I was finished I went across the street to the Berlin Dunkin Donuts to get a cup of coffee. I haven’t purchased a cup of coffee in quite some time and it came to $3.17, who cares, right? I paid the bill and went to my vehicle to let the coffee cool off a bit but had noticed that the cup wasn’t that hot, hmmmm? As I was driving on Rt. 50 I carefully took a sip, WAIT A MINUTE!!! It was room temperature/cold! It was absolutely horrible.
I will never return to Dunkin Donuts, especially the one in Berlin, Maryland. I was told last night that some of the other locations locally aren’t very good as well.
probably shipped in just like the donuts! nothing is made on site anymore. just processed garbage to cure your cravings! and empty your wallet!
This new generation of workers have no credibility or ethics. Is a shame but the best times of this country are behind us.
