NOTICE OF CLOSED WORK SESSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Council of Wicomico County, Maryland, will convene in open session on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., in the Government Office Building, Room 301, Salisbury, Maryland for the purpose of entertaining a vote to go into Closed Session to consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation, in accordance with Section 3-305(b)(8) of the General Provisions Article of the
Annotated Code of Maryland.
The regularly scheduled Legislative Session will commence at 6 p.m.
