Today the first order of violations filed by Wicomico County against my Parsonsburg neighbor Mike Johannes was a serious win for the county. The honorable Judge was more then fair listening to the extremely verbose Johannes scramble with a multitude of lies, (very similar with my last court appearance with him) all of which the Judge found in favor of the county and multiple fines were placed on Johannes, including attorney/county fees.
Even though Mike Johannes appealed the first Judge’s order with fines, this guy just went on and on with gibberish that started at 9 am and was finally over at 3:00 PM!
Johannes once again pulled me into the case by claiming for a second time I personally went up to RV’s peeping in their windows and harassing people, which was proven as a fact that nothing of the sort ever happened and even this Judge asking him, “did you witness this personally”, he replied NO.
Johannes and the mechanic across the street illegally parking junk cars was served this morning with violations they are running an illegal salvage yard on residential “village conservation land” which is what the Johannes property is zoned.
The MDE, Maryland Department of the Environment also went after the mechanic shop owner as well for burning used motor oil in a wood stove. The owner of that property, Adam Roop was also contacted and the burning of the oil must cease immediately.
All in all it looks like the illegal activities in Parsonsburg will be coming to an end. The shed next door must be removed. No more RV’s to be allowed onto the property, the salvage and other cars will be removed and as the Judge said, the BLIGHT needs to end.
Unfortunately, MORE TO COME.
