Four Kansas Law Enforcement Officers Shot and Wounded While Responding to Domestic Violence Call, Suspect Dead

Law enforcement can be a very dangerous profession because officers are working in highly dynamic situations. A quiet day could, in a moment’s notice, turn into a life-threatening situation with the next call.

Four law enforcement officers in Kansas were shot and wounded (and survived) at a home responding to a domestic violence call on Saturday morning. The incident is being investigated by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.

The shooting took place at approximately 10:30 am local time in the Carbondale area. The law enforcement officers were at the location for a short time until the gunfire started.

Three of the wounded officers were Deputies of the Osage County Sheriff’s Department, and the fourth officer was a trooper for the Kansas Highway Patrol.

  1. And Commie Momdami in new York wants Social Workers to respond to DV calls…Sending them into incredibly dangerous situation-unable to protect themselves. Essentially, sending some to their death. Liberal/socialst ideocracy at it’s finest.
