Worcester Student Testifies of Experience with Teacher who Allegedly Posted Trump Supporters “Deserve Death”

Over the past month, we have been reporting on a developing story regarding a Worcester County Public Schools STEM teacher at Worcester Technical High School who allegedly posted hateful comments on social media after the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Such speech is not protected under the First Amendment when it constitutes a threat toward others when inciting bodily harm or death upon a target. See also, Fighting Words Doctrine.

After the incident was reported to the school district, the teacher was placed on paid administrative leave for three weeks. After a rewarding vacation, the district allowed him to return to the classroom. Although the Principal notified the parents of his return, the district secretly facilitated a “restorative circle” where the traumatized students were required to enter a circle with the teacher and accept and affirm him without the knowledge or having a signed waiver from their parents.

At the October 23, 2025 Worcester County School Board meeting, there were two comments on this subject, including a student who testified of her classroom experience with the teacher as being suicidal and wishing death upon his students:

It took a tremendous amount of courage for the student to testify before school officials.

From the moment the student began to share, Superintendent Annette Wallace would not even dare to look at the student once she knew of the topic.

  1. The superintendent is a total dei hire and has no business being in this position. The whole Worcester County school board needs to be replaced

Comrade Wallace and her PolitBoard swear fealty to the State and the teachers’ Unions and focus more on their TDS than the education and well-being of Worcester County students and taxpayers. Now waiting for State’s Attorney to respond…hoping the election year coming up does not impact the decision to take action.

  3. Is there no common sense anymore? This should be a no brainer, this guy needs to go. It seems those in charge would rather endanger children than fight the union. It’s a very sad situation for sure. I agree that law enforcement needs to step in at this point and do what is right and charge this moron.
