The Department of Justice has announced the indictment of a woman from Michigan who was allegedly smuggling illegal aliens across the northern border, including children.
This was not something the suspect was even doing out of a sense of thinking that she was helping people, she was doing it for profit.
Anyone who thinks that human trafficking is the sort of thing you only see in movies is mistaken. This is going on in our country all the time.
