Time Is Now Up…

Wicomico County will now start to remove the tiny house and vehicles from this property on Old Ocean City Road in Parsonsburg. A Judge ruled in the county’s favor more then 30 days ago to force the owner to remove such items and fined the property owner to remove everything within 30 days and the owner has failed to do so.

The Judge ruled that this residential property is being treated like a salvage yard and it is not zoned for such use. The mechanic across the street who is renting this property is using it for junk vehicles and overflow vehicles. We are not sure if the owner of the property has informed the mechanic of the Judge’s ruling but I am told the vehicles are about to get towed by the county and they will not allegedly be returned to the mechanic.

Friday was the final day to have everything removed so now it’s just a matter of time before the county takes action. I personally want to thank the County Executive, the Council and Tracey the head of Planning and Zoning for their diligent and hard work over the past six months to forcibly remove this unlawful blight.

  1. Can we find a good Conservative to run for Salisbury Mayor and the City Council? We can’t afford to have a drunk driving a city vehicle to the bars and passing out at the bars and shown on two local Facebook groups. But most importantly we need to get Julie Giordano out of the County Executives seat first.

    1. Typical progressive shill tactic. No proof. Can’t wait to put all your hidden ghosts on display for all to see come election time.
      Let the games begin.

  2. Alot of homesteading going on everywhere. I rode by this picture today and saw a poor dog roped up outside and some bum letting him jump and yank his neck out.
