Cracker Barrel reverts to old logo

Cracker Barrel is bringing back its longtime logo. The country-themed restaurant chain said in a statement: “We said we would listen, and we have. Our new logo is going away.” The reversal comes a day after the company said it was committed to keeping its rebranded look. Fan backlash to the minimalist redesign sparked online ire and chipped tens of millions of dollars from Cracker Barrel’s market value. Following the about-face, shares jumped more than 8% in after-hours trading.

  1. I’m confused.

Was put off by their redesign so was gonna shift to the new IHOP; guess I’ll return but only if they still serve New Coke as beverage choice.

I smell manipulation by the Marketing Dept.
