Why is a city council person selling food out of their un-inspected home?

I’d like to know that too! If that was me, the health department and every other local and federal agency would be on my ass! Why is she allowed to do this………………………or need I really ask??
My wife taught her years ago and all I remember hearing was how much trouble she caused daily – and this was in an elementary school. Fast forward to now and it’s more of the same. Sounds like a grifter if I ever heard of one.
She can do what she wants ! Remember she is from the “At Risk” side of Da Bury.
Checking her fb page, it’s not the first time, and you can’t tell me the city doesn’t know about it since they are all friends on fb.
Sadly, this speaks volumes, of the culture and mentality of Smallsbury.
