A class action lawsuit was filed Thursday against Walmart for firing Black workers with criminal records. The suit follows years of accusations by progressive organizations claiming that Walmart has “shown a pattern of firing qualified Black workers” because of past involvement with the legal system – a practice they say perpetuates “racial and economic inequality”.
Former workers, attorneys and advocates gathered in Federal Plaza in downtown Chicago to announce the suit and argue their rationale:
“Having a record does not define you or your character,” said Marcos Ceniceros, with Warehouse Workers for Justice. “It should not determine your worth, and it certainly shouldn’t be used as an excuse to fire Black workers trying to build a better life.”

Blacks are disproportionately punished for crimes that whites (particularly rednecks in rural areas) commit often and mostly without punishment. That is, in fact, a legacy of racism. If you want to justify firing blacks for those reasons you should fire whites just the same — but oh, wait, you can’t because the whites haven’t gotten caught up in the criminal justice system because they’re connected and privileged.

There is one who works at Sam’s Club in Salisbury who is a CAS on the front of the club.
she boasts of being in jail for assault, and her brothers were recently released from Prison for murder.
She hates whites just like most who work at Sam’s Club , and she helps herself at tge jewelry counter often, and takes stuff home to her dead beat brothers.
Those white employees who challenged her have been fired.
This is typical behavior. They don’t even try to hide the fact that they hate whites. They have lost a lot of business because of that.
