As many of you know, Mr. Johanis from Philadelphia bought the property next to mine in Parsonsburg and was delusional to think he owned THREE lots instead of the ONE 30,000 sq. ft. lot he actually bought at auction. Then he went on to actually rent out MY property to pull behind campers for the winter as well as Seth’s auto shop across the street parking on my property and paying rent to the jackass next door.
Ultimately the county stepped in and forced the campers permanently off the properties, (thank God) after many months of discussions. There is no water and sewer so one can only imagine where that was going. Well now there’s another new twist.
Mr. Johanis has now listed the property for rent through “Hipcamp” where he now allows tent camping for the past month or so. How would you like that to happen to your next door neighbor. All the while knowing for a fact the property is not zoned for such a thing and this guy continues to violate the laws without permits.
The shed will be next to go and ultimately after that illegal unit is going the county will go after the vehicles. Mr. Johanis paid $14,000 for his lot and now has it listed for $79,000.00. He does NOT have a survey and when we went to court he lied to the Judge, (and was caught in his lie) by stating he had hired a professional surveyor. When the Judge asked him multiple times who the professional surveyor was he reluctantly replied, “Google Earth”. The Judge had heard enough from this guy and threw the 6 pages of charges against me thrown out.
I have forwarded recent images to the county and hopefully we can all find some peace. One can only hope the property gets sold to a more decent human being but that’s highly doubtful because there’s no water or septic and from what I’m told it likely won’t be allowed anyway.
By the way Mr. Johanis, the image you put up and the area you are suggesting people set up tents is my property, NOT YOURS.
“Near the pile of pallets where the telephone pole is in the photo” is also MY PROPERTY. You continue to knowingly LIE to people.
