Caitlin Clark may be the hottest thing that ever happened to women’s basketball, but that hasn’t stopped her opponents from assaulting, gouging, shoving, and beating the biggest star in the league.
Caitlin went through high school and college without missing a game, but recently missed five games due to injuries.
On Tuesday, the attacks were ramped up a notch on Caitlin Clark in her game against the Connecticut Sun.
At one point in the game, her defender, Jacy Sheldon, held her and gouged her right by the eye. Then Sheldon gave her a chest bump for good measure. That’s when Caitlin pushed Jacy away from her and then was knocked to the floor by Sun player Marina Mabrey.
