Diversity & Inclusion is Important to Us
SU is committed to making our campus one where every single student feels a sense of belonging. We recognize that throughout history far too many identities, voices, experiences and perspectives have been pushed to the margins; it is our goal at SU to make sure that every student’s identity is seen, heard, honored, included and celebrated on our campus.
SU’s website deleted the work “equity” in the Title, however within the website it is all there. It’s important to know the difference between “Equality” and “Equity”. One is the equal treatment of everyone regardless of race, sexual preference, etc.” EQUITY is when someone is specifically given something (job, award, etc.) BECAUSE of their race, etc.
This is wrong and why President Trump ended it. Salisbury needs to remove the office from campus and from it’s webpage or face losing the federal monies they currently receive.

Liberal money is attracted by DEI leanings. Without donors who always vote D, the university endowment revenue would wither. Already a poor cousin of the Democrat run state university system, a drop in evidence showing a deep abidance to liberal thinking and attractiveness would likely mean a less favorable view from Annapolis.

I call bs! how about taxpayer money! su is a public funded school in other-words welfare of the over educated! all those so called professors who think they are so wise but never built anything other then papering their walls with worthless pieces of paper telling them how wonderful they are while they suck off the taxpayer tit!

Every education dollar coming from Annapolis is ultimately controlled by Democrats., elected or appointed. If your school wants some, be their friend, promote their programs, follow their lead.
