It’s Over For The Mechanic And His Landlord In Parsonsburg

Notices have been sent out, units have been tagged with formal notices from the county, get your stuff off this property.

The mechanic across the street will have notices on every one of their cars, remove them or the county will immediately tow them away.

Enough is enough. The trash and debris, (including pallets) are to be removed immediately as well. Once everything is removed I will file a lawsuit against the neighboring property for renting MY land. This nut case has lied in court and was caught by the honorable Judge while doing so. He even tried to say his land OVERLAPS my property. The Judge laughed and said, no property overlaps another. When asked who his professional surveyor was he replied, Google Earth. We all got a great laugh from that one.

This guy is so nuts he even thought he owned my two lots next to my building and started renting my property to a trailer and the mechanic across the street to park cars.

The recent image above clearly shows they are still parking on MY property but they don’t care. Well, when his cars start getting towed we’ll see who cares then.

I want to thank the County Executive, County Council and Planning and Zoning for recognizing the blight, illegal activities and demanding all of it be removed. This was not an easy process as each step had to be done legally. The owner of the property has never been cooperative but because of his ignorance the county will now be able to take steps in removing many other situations like this throughout the county.
