City council appointed the replacement of Doughty without public referendum and have been doing so consistently. We now have three city council members who were appointed without public input or vote. I love how these three members continue to shout democracy when they act like con-umists. I call them the Kamala sisters, since she was appointed and not elected to the DNC’s candidate for President.
