While you might look at this and think, not too bad, right? WRONG! You can see what I paid last month, (this is only ONE of my THREE bills for this property) but here’s the catch, I was CLOSED for THREE weeks because it was way too cold to try to heat such a large building with no insulation.
Someone has some serious explaining to do as it is my belief the power company estimated my billing from past usage. It is impossible for this to be realistic.
I should add, (as mentioned earlier) I have only received ONE of the three bills this month, where are the other two bills??? I can’t wait to see those because they are from the largest portion of my buildings.

Haven’t put the monthly breakdown under microscope yet but no way Moore gets reelected with bills like this! We’re now in the clutches of a distant holding company with uncontrolled expenses it gets to pass on, and a pie-in-the-sky green energy governor and legislature. The offshore windmills will deliver much more expensive electricity if they are ever built.
For all Moore’s spouting in State of State happy talk tonight, all Marylanders, rich, poor, middle class, black, white, etc. cannot afford this. ALL of my discretionary spending and a lot of needed items are not happening rest of this month; same will be true for February.
Again…I believe it was a bill that Moore passed, similar to home insurance, that has allowed power companies to jack up rates on paying customers, to cover the delinquent accounts and more than likely illegals who are here and not paying bills.
