EXCLUSIVEPolice heatmap shows shocking scale of drone activity in New Jersey county as mystery deepens

An eye-opening heatmap exclusively shared with DailyMail.com shows the shocking scale of apparent drone activity in one New Jersey county as the mystery aircraft continue to shuttle through the skies.

The Garden State has been at the epicenter of the recent flurry of flying objects which have baffled experts and concerned local lawmakers – as the central government flounders to provide concrete answers about what’s going on.

A whopping 964 incidents have been logged in New Jersey since the first sighting on November 19 up until December 13, according to statistics collected by the state’s Office of Emergency Management and shared with the New York Post.

Officials in Monmouth County, where residents reported 63 sightings over the time period, have shared a heatmap showing where the unmanned aircraft appear to be circulating.

The reports have been concentrated in the densely-populated urban areas where there are more eyes on the sky – but the map also illustrates how sightings cover almost all inhabited parts of the coastal county.

Monmouth County is home to the Naval Weapons Station Earle, a navy base. Experts have mused that foreign powers could be targeting areas like this which harbor intelligence and weapons bases.

Hunterdon County residents have made the most reports to law enforcement, with 243 recorded in the area since November 19, while 169 came from Somerset County, 75 from Bergen County, and 59 over Union County.

A laundry list of witnesses, including lawmakers, have reported seeing them in New Jersey and beyond.

  1. Is it just a matter of time before one of these drones inadvertently brings down a private or commercial airplane.
Apparently , these drones are not operating within the rules and regulations put forth by the FAA.

  2. Or some folks enjoying themselves will decide to shoot at the lights in the sky. Missing of course, until those bullets come back down. Never understood video from other countries, firing into the sky with joy. Those bullets come back down.

Leave the lights alone, put in at least 40 hrs, buy groceries that last and pay your bills. That’s a good start.
