What concerns me is this comment,

What does that mean, of Question A fails what will County Executive Giordano award Eastern Shore Undercover with? A potential “Quid Pro Quote?” That is what Mr. Campbell appears to be implying, what have been made to ESU by the Executive?…
He didn’t say about the future of Wicomico County, but the future of his business.
I think this shows you what Mr. Campbell and ESU is really all about in this fight.. it’s about his personal future.. not the future of the County…
Once again month after month, week after week, day after day Eastern Shore Undercover Continues to act as a biased internet blog / political propagandist for Wicomico County Executive Julie Giordano.
I hope people are seeing this, the Maryland Attorney Generals Office is seeing this, and the Maryland Board of Elections is investigating this.
ESU and it’s owner Mr. Campbell claim they are “fair and balanced” a ” legitimate news organization” and “Objectional” that ESU was worthy of a County contract that should have awarded ESU a police encrypted radio.
ESU in mid August of this year took a meeting with the Maryland Attorney Generals Office, claiming to be a victim of lies, smears, and slandered by Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis and others who claim ESU is biased, and acts as a political propagandist for Wicomico County Executive Giordano.
However ESU is anything but that by its actions, only sharing one side to an issue, and being so blatantly biased in its actions. ESU has given “Carte Blanche” coverages to County Executive Giordano on just about every thing she does.
But since ESU seems to adamantly stand by it’s claims, that it’s a legitimate news organization then it should be treated as such, and these types posts to 100 support 1 elected official. Should be documented as in kind campaign contribution to County Executive Giordano, because that’s essentially what they are.
If they aren’t being documented than how is that not a major violation? Also I hope it’s looked into the ethical relationship between ESU and Wicomico County Executive Julie Giordano, because this seems to 100 percent be crossing the lines of coordination and collusion between a news organization and an elected official. There is more evidence of “collusion” between ESU and Wicomico County Executive Giordano, than of President Trump who was accused of and investigated for “Collusion” with the Russian Government / Kremlin…
Of course it’s about his “business”. Since encryption his posts are pretty much worthless to us in Salisbury. Who cares about what is happening in Millsboro, Laurel, Seaford, Cambridge, etc. I want to know what is happening in Salisbury and Wicomico county where I live. Without the resource to provide that information, an encrypted radio of his own, he is done !!
I believe he suffers from delusions of grandeur. Now he claims that he has to drive an hour away from Salisbury just to eat dinner without being “recognized”. Either his “15 minutes of fame” has gone to his head, or he is afraid someone is going to physically threaten him? Neither delusion is warranted.
