Eastern Shore Undercover in it’s own words, while he says he’s a “legitimate news organization”, that should have been rewarded a County Contract, that included giving him a police encrypted radio, Mr Campbell says hell block people if he feels like it, deletes peoples comments if he doesn’t agree with them.
To have a County Contract and a police encrypted radio there are definitely more rules ESU would have to follow.
However Mr. Campbell feels those certain rules and guidelines, don’t apply to him and Eastern Shore Undercover.. This is definitely why Eastern Shore Undercover had absolutely no business in any way being rewarded a police encrypted radio by the Wicomico County Executive…. Does Mr. Campbell not realize especially in the “News Business” words matter?….

Notice the post is largely about question A which is linked to the Wicomico County Executive Julie Giordano who Eastern Shore Undercover Acts as a political propagandist for. Doesn’t mention getting Trump signs, Hogan Signs, or Congressman Harris signs.
Again I Hope and pray the Maryland Attorney Generals Office sees Eastern Shore Undercover for what it is, it’s definitely not worthy being awarded a County Contract and to have a police encrypted radio…. It’s not a legitimate news organization…

Also today Eastern Shore Undercover, Tells citizens to go away who respectfully asked for information on the Democrats of Wicomico County, Mr. Campbell told them to leave the page, and threatened to block them when Eastern Shore Undercover refused to try and assist citizens in the Community with respectful and legitimate questions. Again day after day, week after week Eastern Shore Undercover Acts this way as a Propagandist / Biased Internet Blog for one elected official, this is not the actions of a “legitimate news organization” worthy of a County Contract, to be awarded a police encrypted radio.
I hope and pray the Maryland Attorney Generals Office sees this for what it is, and far cry from the claims of what Mr. Campbell say Eastern Shore Undercover is. The actions do not match the claims….

I did delete myself from viewing “scanner boy’s” gossip page after reading and seeing how he was awarded a police encrypted radio for his generous contribution on $3500 to “queen julie” for her campaign which isn’t even in this election cycle. He definity does not qualify to be privy of police radio conversation to post on his gossip page.
I surely will not be voting for the queen of wicomico county again after seeing her crooked ways !!
I thought that this issue was settled when the radio was returned. Is the Maryland Attorney Generals Office now involved in this? Is our elected C.E. now trying to award ESU a County Contract? What does a County Contract entail? Is ESU going to be paid or is ESU going to pay the County? So many questions. Only one answer and that is to vote YES on Question A.

The Largest police department in the Country has gone to Encryption, the NYPD. In the Region the Pennsylvania State Police is encrypted, in Virginia the Largest Populated City is Virginia Beach, so has the Delaware State Police, and Washington DCs police department did in 2011 actually citiing people using police scanners to avoid the police
Dorchester and Somerset went to Encryption before Wicomico and Worcester. Baltimore City did as well.
Where there was absolutely no transparency was this irresponsible MOU that was put together by the County Executive and Eastern Shore Undercover. Not one public safety leader in the entire County has any input on putting this reckless deal together…
