Eastern Shore Undercover attacks a Citizen who was accused of a Crime but the Complaint Was Withdrawn by the Accuser 09/05/24

Mr. Mike Goldberg is a resident of Wicomico County, MD he was accused of assaulting a Wicomico County, MD employee after a Wicomico County, MD Council meeting
He was issued a peace order, had to retain council, and make 2 appearances in court
Upon reviewing video tape from the Council meeting in question the alleged assault as the employee claimed was caught on tape and was nothing like the what accuser described in her complaint to law enforcement.
When that was brought to the attention of the accuser’s lawyer from Mr. Goldberg’s lawyer, the complaint was dismissed and Mr. Goldberg was free to go.
Mr. Goldberg did 2 interviews about what he was allegedly accused of, being that he clearly was wrongfully accused.

On Friday the 23rd of August 2024. ESU ran a story about the alleged incident. Making many claims and accusations of “violence” and “assaults” happening at a Wicomico County Council meeting ESU cited no actual sources, but did quote WICOMICO County Executive Julie Giordano in this piece.
Now the following week on the 28th of August 2024, in Court the accuser with drew the complaint against Mr. Goldberg. See sources above
The following day Eastern Shore Undercover, had County Executive Julie Giordano on its podcast. At this point the complaint against Mr. Goldberg had been dismissed, the incident was talked about while still making the claim, that a piece of paper was “frisbee thrown” at the employee. Well at this point the complaint was dismissed, and the videotape evidence clearly showed that no “frisbee throw” of a piece of paper happened.

Then the following week on Wednesday the 4th of September 2024, the day after the Wicomico County Council meeting on the 3rd of September 2024. Eastern Shore Undercover did another podcast episode responding to the Council meeting. In this episode Mr. Campbell continues to allege an assault took place, refusing to acknowledge that the previous week this issue went to court and there was a resolution, in addition he refuses to acknowledge the videotape evidence that clearly shows no “frisbee throw” of a piece of paper at another person took place in this alleged incident.

Then on Thursday the 5th of September 2024 the accuser of this alleged assault, takes to social media making many claims how she is a victim of lies, and many other accusations. Now we live in a world where people have the right to accuse someone of a crime, however the accused has a right to a defense. It’s called two sides to a story.
In this particular incident there was accusations, an investigation by law enforcement, correspondence between 2 attorneys and a judge.
From all of that, the outcome was a withdrawn complaint from the accuser from the strongest piece of evidence: the video tape that showed no assault took place, and no “frisbee throw” of a piece of paper at another human being occurred.
Again, this is another example of how Eastern Shore Undercover is a biased Internet Blog, not a “legitimate news organization”. It largely acts as a propagandist for one elected official, the same elected official who ESU made a donation to for a favor, then threatened an Elected Sheriff in print, blocks people from seeing the page he doesn’t like or agree with, and deletes people’s comments.
Now sinking to a new low to attack a citizen who was falsey accused of a crime after the case had been adjudicated in court, and was dismissed.
This is not an organization based on its behavior worthy of a County Contract to be given the responsibility with a police encrypted radio….
I would donate to a legal fund for Mr Goldberg to sue him.

Any mention of the location of a suicide should never be revealed. Not even the street it was on. People want their privacy, and it’s nobody’s business.
If you “requested no siren or lights” then you didn’t request an emergency ambulance then you requested a taxi that you expect insurance to pay for.
As an expert in the Emergency Medical Services 911 Abuse to request an ambulance without lights and sirens. And any crew that shows up without lights and sirens is complicit to this crime and should have all it’s funding from the state and county taken away from them.

It’s laughable anyone thinks they are getting a true barometer of what is going on in this town from a part time fb, publishing vague radio calls about car accidents, lost pets and medical calls.
If this has any assemblance of real journalism and transparency, a follow up revealing the true outcome of calls would be done.
Sometimes a person would just like some privacy and not have a bunch of nosy neighbors gawking to poke their nose into someone else’ problems. Lights and sirens are not necessary in most cases to get to a persons home. My family requested no lights and sirens when I needed an ambulance and I nearly died, so I was not using the ambulance as a taxi. You call yourself an ‘EXPERT”, but it’s certainly not in public relations.
