Looks like the Parsonsburg Fire Department is not on the FOJ list. Is it true she does not support the volunteer fire departments, police agencies or education system ? Surely something is wrong here.
Yup….the county budget presentation proves that…..when the fire companies told her that she flat-footed them, she literally responded with “Well, too bad…you guys are gonna have to sell some more chickens…” this is how she treats first responders. Meanwhile, she wanted to give more than 200K in salary raises to her executive staff….Don’t believe me? Watch the budget meetings on PAC 14.
That’s because she’s pumping MILLION$ of dollars into the airport. Have you seen the new airport maintenance building that is currently under construction? It’s larger than the terminal building. The runway extension project is a total joke and waste of money too. American has already announced that all 50 seat jets will be removed from the fleet and replace with the 76 seat EMB-175, an aircraft the needs only 5,656 ft to takeoff at maximum gross weight. The longest runway at the airport is already 6,400 ft long.
this “executive” literally broke the revenue cap last budget term and found a way to fail to produce the FOP budget after more than a MONTH when it was due…but this is what you get from an amateur with has no trouble spending other peoples’ money…..

Too bad we didn’t have real candidates running for Executive! We need the Executive to balance the County Council!
More than that – we need Term-Limits for both the Executive and the Council!
From Liberal Democrats like Rick Pollitt to Idiotic Teachers like Giordano…this whole Executive experience has been one big trainwreck…….failed experiment.bring back small, local government.
Wow, this is sad. I could not attend the event as I intended because I had made a commitment to Heroes on the Water, an event that supports Veterans. Due to weather, the date was changed till Sunday. Unfortunately I haven’t figured out how to be in two places at the same time. If someone can help me do so, I’m open to suggestions.
