The County Executive, Julie Giordano, has called a Press Conference to be held Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 1:00 PM to be held in Room #301, County Council Chambers, Government Office Building, 125 North Division Street, Salisbury, Maryland.
The County Executive will offer clarification regarding the importance of transparency within public safety.
Translation: Another taxpayer funded meltdown and lie session is going to take place on Thursday, August 1…Vote “For” the charter amendment.
Can I catch her sociopathic rant on Pac14 or do I need to attend in person?
That would be an idiotic move.
You don’t change the structure of your gov due to one bad leader, get off your ass and vote them out.

The structure IS the problem…Julie is the worst, lowest form of life to inhabit the office but the office only exists to financially benefit whoever is the county executive or their friends and business partners…examples….Culver and Pollitt…

I have worked in public office my entire professional career primarily with local and county governments and I can tell you from experience, when rules are followed, government runs well. But when you have government decision makers who ignore the rules, create their own set of rules, and follow the idea that it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission, that’s when you have troubles. I’ve also recently learned that for many public officials, it is perfectly acceptable to lie like hell to achieve your ultimate goal. And what’s scary about that, is it works.
Watching the press conference certainly opened my eyes, and partially changed my thoughts on her decision making abilities.
The quarry was the first, and now this.
The premise that this is such an important problem to solve, properly, one would think that if your email wasn’t answered, a second one would follow, not a decision to steamroll into something that is not your responsibility or liability to solve.
His excuse about throwing rude people out just doesn’t hold water and is a feeble attempt to excuse bad behaviour, in relation to this important responsibility he has been awarded.
And just another blatant, in your face example, of just how dysfunctional, and hostile, the county government is, towards one another, verifying their personal agendas trump what’s best for its citizens.
They didn’t nick name it the slower lower without reason.
Of his so called 124k followers, I only saw 2: Him and Julie. The dozen or so people in the audience consisted of a few media folk and the rest regular folk who were not in favor of this overstep by the CE. Two good things out of this whole debacle are 1) The scanner is no longer in his possession and 2) Mike Lewis will be running for Sheriff again.

Giordano is the Hillary of Wicomico County…the only difference is that our local authorities might actually lock her up for her crimes…..GOD BLESS our LEOS and Sheriff Lewis for exposing this evil and corruption…
