Don’t we already have laws on the books that cover this? I know participating in a race is. Spinning tires, negligent or reckless driving plus the special event zone laws. Just like gun laws, just let them enforce the ones on the books already.
I thought this was already illegal.
the people that make up these laws couldnt tell about any law on the books because they dont know, they just think its something new and a law should be made to fix it. These are people that really shouldnt be in government cause they are that dumb

8:18 – are you serious? Reality is ANYONE who starts trouble of this kind will pay for it statewide. The behavior of these types is beyond appalling and then they play the race card, the victim card – any card at all to make it look like they have done no wrong.
