Smith’s Case Against Trump In Jeopardy: Prosecutors Make Starling Confession As Docs Expose Clinton

Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team has confessed to tampering with key evidence in the classified documents criminal case against former President Donald Trump. This admission, made in a recent court filing, has sent shockwaves through legal circles and raised serious questions about the integrity of the prosecution’s case.

According to the filing, prosecutors acknowledged that certain pieces of evidence seized by the FBI had been altered or manipulated while in their possession. They further admitted to misleading the court about the condition of the evidence, previously claiming that it had remained unchanged since its seizure.

According to reports by Just The News on Friday, May 3, 2024, the revelation has serious implications for the prosecution, as legal experts have pointed out that tampering with evidence violates court rules and could undermine the integrity of the entire case.

Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz emphasized the gravity of the situation, stating that prosecutors and investigators should never tamper with evidence, as it could potentially impact the outcome of the trial.
