Former Trump prosecutor Mark Pomerantz is forced to invoke his 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination when asked, under oath, if he violated the law during his investigation to get President Trump.
Pomerantz, a former senior prosecutor on the Manhattan DA’s team investigating Trump resigned in protest after District Attorney Alvin Bragg ended the investigation.
Pomerantz testified before the House Judiciary Committee back in May 2023 and pleaded the 5th when he was asked under oath if he violated the law to get Trump.
Soros-funded DA Alvin Bragg announced in April 2023 he was upending the law and charging President Trump with 34 felonies in a “catch and kill” scheme. This is also called a non-disclosure agreement. It occurs when two parties agree to not discuss publicly a certain issue. It often includes a payment to one of the parties.
