Ted Cruz Says Mitch McConnell Should Step Down

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) believes it is time for Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to step down following the fiasco with the disastrous pro-migration border bill, he told reporters this week.

“I think it is,” Cruz replied when asked if it is time for McConnell, who turns 82 this month, to step down.

“Everyone here also supported a leadership challenge to Mitch McConnell in November. I think a Republican leader should actually lead this conference and should advance the priorities of Republicans,” the Texas senator said, detailing what he said during the leadership election in November of 2022.

  1. Ok Ted. We the people need a little more than talk. Get the party in the House to submit a solid bill that would have term limits for all of congress. If u try age, thats discrimination and the courts would have a field day. TERM LIMITS, house votes yes, congress votes YES. Prez will sign and ta da, the people are very happy.

But u wont and all of u will continue bullying on another with talk and zero action. Then they same shit will run again (without competition) and its LATHER RINSE REPEAT.

  2. TRL FIREARMS & GUNSMITHIN

It is an immigration bill not a border bill. Existing laws are adequate if used. Same with gun control Existing system is fine if used.
