According to a report by Fox News on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, former Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby finds herself in the midst of significant legal troubles, with the Maryland Bar Counsel filing a petition seeking the suspension of her law license.

The petition, filed on Tuesday, cites alleged financial misconduct during the COVID-19 pandemic and requests an immediate suspension of Mosby’s law license on the grounds that she has been found guilty of a “serious crime,” as defined by state ethics rules for lawyers.

Marilyn Mosby, who gained national recognition for prosecuting Baltimore police officers in the aftermath of Freddie Gray’s death in police custody, now faces serious allegations related to her finances.

Mosby then used the $90,000 as down payment for a condominium in Long Boat Key, Florida, and a house in Kissimmee, Florida.

The charges stem from accusations that Mosby lied about her financial situation during the COVID-19 pandemic, falsely claiming financial hardships while receiving her full salary of $250,000.

  1. She should get all the law will allow. She is a crooked, selfish, bigoted, racist POS who deserves the ultimate punishment.
