President Trump has just been kicked off the presidential ballot in Maine in an outrageous travesty of justice.
CNN reported this was a surprise decision based on leftist Secretary of State Sheena Bellows’ interpretation of the 14th Amendment. She ruled that because Trump engaged in an “insurrection,” he was ineligible to face the voters.
“I do not reach this conclusion lightly,” Bellows wrote. “Democracy is sacred. I am mindful that no Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment. I am also mindful, however, that no presidential candidate has ever before engaged in insurrection.”
Bellow’s ruling has been reportedly suspended until the Supreme Court decides.
You can be sure Trump is making a list. If he wins, the political careers of those will be finished.

He has not been tried or convicted of the crime that you are using as a basis to exclude him from the ballot. What a complete idiot she is! Little people on power trip (she is not even in an elected position). She knows full well that its going to get shot down (maybe she is to stupid to pay attention to what happened in Colorado). She just wants to pretend that she did something and look important. People this stupid should not be involved in any position of government.
This “official” is not elected by the citizens. Also, she is doesn’t possess a law degree, but talks as though she is an expert in Constitutional Law. Why is one person with no legal background the sole authority on who is qualified to be President of the USA?
This will be overturned by SCOTUS as President Trump has not been charged (and more importantly convicted) of any criminal acts.
