Allegations of extortion and political manipulation have emerged against Jack Smith, the Special Prosecutor leading the case against former President Donald Trump.
The accusations come from whistleblower John Moynihan, a former DEA employee, who filed a complaint with the Department of Justice Inspector General’s Office on November 28.
According to a report by The Gateway Pundit on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, Moynihan’s complaint asserts that Smith was involved in an extortion scheme during his tenure at the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
The revelation adds a layer of complexity to the already contentious legal battle surrounding Trump’s immunity claim in the federal election interference case.
