  1. Great. Just what we need. Yet another convenance store. I vote “No!”….. Wait….I’m a taxpayer and have no say so or input. Sorry….I’ll just go back to mumbling to myself.

  2. Way better coffee than Royal Farms.

As for the design, why use stone veneer, a highly overused commercial look, in a region where no stones larger than a gumball exist? The building would better reflect Berlin’s and the Lower Shore’s architectural heritage if it were red brick.
    Classic and classy.

  3. more low paying jobs and more blight! how many freaking convenience stores can one are support?
hope they all come crashing down!

  4. Low paying jobs? Must be one of those millennia people who thinks $15 an hour starting is low pay. I know, you believe you deserve $30 an hour. Great coffee, good subs and bowls and I don’t have to wait long.

  5. 8:53 millennials? lmao! get a clue, what’s $15 after taxes? try living on $400 a week after taxes. rent, utilities, insurance, car payment, phone, medical, food, etc.
    freakin moron!
