White perch can now be found holding in some of the deeper areas in the middle Chesapeake Bay. Fishing for blue catfish in the tidal Potomac, Patuxent, Nanticoke, and Wicomico rivers is as good as it has ever been. Cold weather and seasonally reduced grass cover means an opportunity to fish for chain pickerel. |
