  1. He got slapped on the wrist so lightly it didn’t leave a mark for obstructing the Congress. Should be languishing in DC’s version of the Tombs for a couple years waiting for a trial. The video, released after his wrist slap, shows he trashed the signs while setting off the alarm, and he took off so nobody would know. He’s scum of the lowest order.
